Volunteer Counsellor
A motivated Fundraiser to raise funds for Women’s Consortium.
As a cognitive behavioural therapist, you will provide High and Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within a stepped care model for adults with common mental health problems, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders. We are looking for people with energy, enthusiasm and a high level of skills and experience. All staff will receive regular clinical supervision and will work as part of a team. You will also need good administrative, time management and communication skills.
Requirements
Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT) to work within an IAPT service must have the below requirements.
- Must have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapist/High Intensity Course
- BABCP Accreditation - Desirable
- Must have experience working in an IAPT service as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT).
- Demonstrates high standards in oral and written communication.
