WHAT IS IT

Life coaching enables you to fulfil your potential and reach your desired life results.

A life coach will help you identify your goals and then together with encouragement create a strategic action plan to achieve the end goal.

APPROACHES USED

Life coaching is a collaborative relationship between the coach and client. Sessions vary dependant on the client’s goals. The life coach will help you establish your aim.

You will agree on aims to achieve the desired outcome. The objective will be broken down into manageable objectives for each session and homework where needed.

A plan is then designed based on the findings from the sessions and personality assessment. The coach can recalibrate the objectives ff client is stuck thus allowing the goals to be achieved effectively.

Life coaching can help you identify obstacles and difficult behaviours preventing you from achieving your desired goal. It helps you to clarify the aims and then create strategic plans to achieve the results towards your end goal. It is more action centred and will keep you focused on the changes desired through continuous positive motivation.
