Therapy for you

Mindfulness
The busy and constant pressure of everyday life forces us to run from task to task without being fully aware of our surroundings or ourselves. Mindfulness is a form of meditation that helps us be fully attentive to the present moment and maintain awareness of thoughts and feelings.

Family and Couple Counselling
It is natural for families and relationships to face problems, but sometimes the problems can be too large or continue for too long to deal with alone.
Family therapy can help address these

Online remote counselling (e- therapy)
We provide a safe space and a mutual convenient online platform to provide counselling online.

Personal development program – PDP
We will enable you to develop skills and knowledge that will empower you to move ahead in your life. A practitioner will help you understand what is stopping you from achieving your goals, and then work with you to removing the obstacles to achieve your desired result.

Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) helps you recognise how the language of your mind affects your emotional responses and the decisions you make. This form of therapy can give you more choices about your behaviour, emotions, and develop new abilities in your thinking.

Life Coaching
Life coaching can help you identify obstacles preventing you from achieving your desired goals. It helps you to clarify your aims and develop a strategic plan with manageable objectives to achieve the results you desire.

Mediation
Are you having a dispute with someone and can’t find a resolution? We can help you find common ground without taking sides by providing a space for everyone to speak openly. With our support, all parties will reach an agreement through collaboration and mutual respect.

Hypnobirthing
Hypnobirthing is a birthing method utilizing relaxation and breathing techniques to help you physically and mentally prepare for labour. By employing a combination of visualisation, deep relaxation techniques and positive thinking to relax the body during labour, it reduces anxiety and pain during childbirth.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can help you achieve control over unwelcome habits and behaviours. It can also help you develop better coping mechanisms for issues you are experiencing.

Counselling
We provide a safe and regular space to talk and explore feelings and emotions and reflect on experiences. A professional counsellor will support you in managing these feelings.
