Free Legal Advice

We offer free legal advice in family and employment law. If you have legal concerns in other areas, contact us, and we can signpost you to the correct channels of support.

Family Law including divorce, childcare arrangements (contact/parental responsibility), family law act applications, financial matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship. Employment Law, including discrimination on grounds of sex, race, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity.

Hijama/Cupping

Hijama – also known as cupping – is a form of preventative and curative therapy that helps the body create a balance and alkaline environment by removing acidity.

Cupping therapy is a holistic method of cleansing by removing toxic and stagnant blood from the body. It has several benefits including detoxifying the body, boosting the circulatory and immune system, pain relief from migraines, and more.

Mindfulness

The practice of mindfulness enables you to achieve a sense of balance and mental well-being by focusing on the present and NOT the past or future.
