    * Setting Goals & Procrastination, Motivation & Confidence Building - Tuesday 10th April 2012 10am - 4pm

    Women's Consortium have organised 2 exciting Trainings, Dealing With Difficult People - Tuesday 6th March & Setting Goals & Procrastination, Motivation & Confidence Building - Tuesday 10th April, taking place at the The Diana, Princess of Wales - The County Hall, Westminster.

    The trainings will equip delegates with the skills and knowledge for the practical application of Dealing With Difficult People in the workplace & home, including: Self-awareness, Self-management, Motivation, Empathy and Social Competence and Recognise classic profiles of difficult people and strategies for handling them. It will help delegates to understand themselves and others better, and will give an insight into how to build productive and professional relationships at work & home.

    It is recommended for anyone who would like to learn how emotions affect performance at work & personal environment, and how to use practical but effective strategies to manage emotions in difficult situations.

    You’ll know specifically what to do and say.

    At this training, you’ll concentrate on here’s-how-you-do-it techniques. You’ll leave knowing how to use these techniques in specific situations, with all types of difficult people.

    You’ll be less of a target for difficult people.

    Look at the difficult people in your life. Chances are, at least one person manages to get along with them. You can, too. Learn how to derail problem people and teach them to treat you with respect.

    You’ll bring out the best in people and yourself

    Let’s face it — nobody’s difficult all of the time (and everybody’s difficult some of the time). Your new skills will help you reinforce the most positive behaviour in everyone — at work and at home.

    By the end you will have achieved:

    • A leadership personality

    • Getting your point across and winning respect

    • How to stay calm when being verbally attacked

    • Getting people on your side to create a win-win situation

    • Increasing your confidence and self empowerment

    • Creating a strategy against any challenge

    • Understanding the 4 core manipulators and their secret tactics

    * Dealing With Difficult People - Tuesday 6th March 2012 10am - 4pm.

    Learning techniques how to deal with difficult people either at home, relationships, work, colleagues, own business, school & university and other places.

    · What do we mean by 'Difficult' People?

    · Who are the difficult people in your life?

    · We can't change other people but we can change our mindset and behaviour

    · How Emotional literacy can help us to better understand our self and others.

    · Developing greater self awareness and learning how to express the full range of emotions.

    * Setting Goals & Procrastination, Motivation & Confidence Building - Tuesday 10th April 2012 10am - 4pm
